Lines and Regular Polygons

I used to think that the most important thing, regarding visual effects, is the order used to control the elements of an animation. I got this idea during my engineering student days when I used to be fascinated by numbers and geometry.

I found an old video I made back in 04 in which I tried to demonstrate this principle by only using lines and regular polygons. I don't work that much on graphics anymore, but after watching it, it made me feel a bit nostalgic for my old days as a graphic programmer.

This was one of the first pieces portable enough, captured on a video format. I used the Mathematica 4.0 software by programming loops that created and exported every frame of the animation. It was edited with Adobe Premier.

The video consists of just moving lines and regular polygons, no edition criteria, just motion and color.

Thanks to Kiko for the amazing ambient beats!
